I have come from a diverse educational and professional background; working in Fine Art, Production, Spiritual, and Psychological endeavors. I have always been interested in what influences our perspective on life, what gets us stuck, and how to navigate through obstacles to fulfillment and well-being. I use several different methodologies to meet the need of each individual or couple. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (trained in Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Addictions Counseling) and a Master Ignatian Spiritual Director. I have helped build an outpatient program with Acadia Behavioral Hospital, helping service men and women as well as many individuals with persistent struggles for 10+ years. We flourish best when we can work with one another to see more clearly the obstructions impeding our progress and receive the encouragement and support to overcome them. We are resilient.
